You will be issued a Return Authorization number, which must be included on the shipping label for package acceptance. If we do not hear from you prior to receiving a return, it could greatly delay or hinder our ability to process the item. You shouldn’t have to wait around indefinitely to get back money spent on an item you were unhappy with, and speaking to us beforehand will ensure that we can stay on top of the case to address your needs in a swift manner.

Shipping the Product
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. This helps us to improve our service moving forward. Any defective or poorly performing product is fully inspected upon receipt to confirm quality standards. If there’s an issue, you can rest assured we’ll be addressing it to reduce such cases moving forward.
